About Me

Hi everyone, I am Julianne Elder! Julianne? I guess I should probably explain where the name "Annie's Photography" came from. My husband has called me Annie for a long time (since before we were dating actually!) He has been someone who has been so encouraging and supportive of my passions and creativity. He has helped me become more confident in myself and the work that I do and has truly helped me believe this is something that I can do. And I felt like Annie's Photography was the right name.

I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University studying graphic design and photography. I first fell in love with photography after taking a yearbook class in high school. Soon after that, I got my first camera for Christmas and started taking pictures at school sporting events and some senior pictures. After starting college with a different major I realized photography is what I wanted to do and I'm so excited to continue my journey.
